Description: This is an 8 hour course for the development and improvement of mediation skills for attorneys and mental health and financial professionals. The focus will be on mediating Family Law matters, but skills translate to other areas. This course satisfies the requirements for Collaborative Law groups mandating an 8 hour mediation course. It has also been “approved for credit” by the AOC under New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-12(b).
The cost is $325 to be paid in full and returned with the attached registration form. Fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshment and mediation training materials.
